The present legal notice regulates the use of the website www.ifepa.es, which is made available by INSTITUCIÓN FERIAL VILLA DE TORRE PACHECO (IFEPA), with CIF G30111702 and registered office in Avda. Surfing the IFEPA website confers the condition of user of it, which involves the full and unconditional acceptance of each and every disposition included in this legal notice, which can be subjected to modifications.

The user is bound to a right use of the website, in accordance with the laws, good faith, law and order, uses of traffic and the present legal notice. The user will answer for any damage that might cause as a consequence of failing to comply with said obligation, before IFEPA or external parties.

2. USE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS

The access to the website and its services are free. However, IFEPA subjects the use of some of the services offered on its website to previously filling in the corresponding form. The user guarantees that every date communicated to IFEPA is authentic and updated, and will be the only responsible person for any inaccurate of false statements possibly made.

The user is expressly committed to making and appropriate use of the contents and services of IFEPA and to not using them for the following purposes, amongst others:

Trying to access other users’ e-mail accounts or IFEPA computer system restricted areas or those belonging to external parties and, in this case, extracting information.

Violating the intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as violating the information confidentiality of IFEPA or third parties.

Impersonating another user’s identity, that of public administrations or that of a third party.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, spreading or, in any other way, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the contents, unless there is express authorisation from the holder or it is legally permitted.

Gathering data for advertising purposes, sending advertising of any kind or information for marketing purposes or any other communications of commercial nature without previous request or consent.

All the contents of the website, such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitute a piece of work whose property belongs to its respective holders. Thus, the user has no right of exploitation over the contents, except for what is strictly necessary for the right use of the website.

Ultimately, the users who access this website can view the contents and make, in this case, authorised private copies, as long as the elements that are reproduced are not transferred to others, or installed in any server connected to networks or are object of any kind of exploitation.

IFEPA has no liability for any damage of any nature, within the legal framework. Said damage can be derived from:

  • The impossibility to access the website or the lack of truthfulness, accuracy, thoroughness and/or updating of the transmitted, spread or stored contents at the disposal of the user through the website or the offered services.
  • The presence of a virus or other elements in the contents that can modify computer systems, electronic documents of data of the users.
  • Failing to comply with the laws, good faith, law and order, uses of traffic and the present legal notice as a consequence of the wrong use of the website. In particular, and by way of example, IFEPA is not responsible for third parties’ actions which violate intellectual and industrial property rights, right to honour, right to personal and family privacy, right to self-image, as well as the regulations related to unfair competition and illegal advertising.

Likewise, IFEPA declines any responsibility for any information that can be found outside the website and is not managed directly by our webmaster. 4. PROCEDURE IN THE CASE OF REALISATION OF ACTIVITIES OF ILLEGAL NATURE.
